In order to install the Bestop PowerBoard Motorized Running Boards with LED Lights part # B7512615 on your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado you are going to want to refer to step 23-45 in the installation instructions which I have attached for you. The instructions state for 2014 only but will be the same as your 2016. As you can see in step 31, you will need to connect the green and white wires to the dark grey wire on both the passenger and driver side of the vehicle.
