I took a look at the owner's manual for a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and it states that it is not recommended to tow a trailer, but that doesn't mean you cannot.
The Draw-Tite # 24965 trailer hitch you referenced fits your '17 Sonata so long as it is not a Hybrid, and can be used to tow but has a weight capacity of 2,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 200 lbs so you would not be able to exceed those numbers.
In order to tow a trailer you will also need Wiring Harness # C56247 to add a 4-flat to power your trailer's lights. The recommended ball mount for this hitch is the Draw-Tite # 3593 and depending on the jet ski trailer's coupler you need 1-7/8" hitch ball # 19256 or 2" hitch ball # 19258.
