I checked with the manufacturer for wiring harness # 118255 and they still show it as a fit for the 2018 Lexus RX 350L so I am not sure why your connectors do not match up. The only thing I can think of is that for the 2018 model year it might only fit models with the factory tow package. This is the only plug-in type of wiring harness for your vehicle; everything else is a hardwire such as # C59496.

The hardwire options require splicing into the vehicle wiring with the exception of ZCI harness # 119250KIT which has clamps to go around the vehicle wiring and that sense the electrical charge running through the wires.

I have a 2018 RX350L and also can't find the small 4 pole plug in for the 118255 harness. I'm assuming the 10 pole won't be available iether, but I'll look. This car also DOES NOT HAVE TOW PACKAGE. Crazy, I found the window sticker, a $64k car that doesn't have a $2 plug or a $200 tow package. Ridiculous.

@Frank If the vehicle doesn't have the tow package then it won't have the connector you are looking for unfortunately.
