Question:

i have a leased vehicle so cant make any new holes. Will this fit into existing frame without any drilling or enlarging of holes? It wasnt clear from feedback if that might be needed. I have a 2017 jeep renegade latitude

Drilling is required to install Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 76021 on a 2017 Jeep Renegade. Curt trailer hitch # C13269 doesn't require drilling new holes but you might need to enlarge existing holes. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
