2005 Ford F150 5 1/2 bed- I have a valley hitch with rails. I need an install kit will kit # RP50081-58 fit? Thanks for the help.

I do have a solution for you to install your Valley 5th Wheel Hitch into your 2005 Ford F-150.

You can use Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, part # RP50081-58, which is a custom installation kit. This kit will work with your Valley 5th Wheel Hitch.

Since your F-150 has a 5-1/2 foot bed, it is required that you use a Sidewinder King Pin. The Sidewinder will move the pivot point back 22 inches, giving you the additional clearance needed to make turns. You will need to use your pin box manufacturer and model number to determine which Sidewinder you will need (see FAQ).
