The Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Rack says that it does not include locks. Can it be locked and if so, then how?

To lock the Swagman Trailhead bike rack # S63365 to the trailer hitch you can add lock # S64029. You can also use hitch lock and cable lock combo # S64031 to lock the rack to the hitch and the bikes to the rack. I have linked videos on both locks for you.
