For a footplate, you can use Bulldog Detachable Footplate, # BD018564. This foot fits 2 inch diameter tubing on Bulldog 2,000 to 5,000 pound jacks.
For a wheel, use Replacement, 6 Inch Caster, # BD500245. This wheel also fits on 2 inch diameter tubing. Because the capacity of the wheel is 1,200 pounds, it limits the jack capacity to 1,200 pounds as well.
