Can this rack be used with a crossover tool box on a 2018 Tundra with the bed rails? Are there any shims or adapters to mount a tool box available similar to whats available for the Tracrac? Thanks!

The Rola Haul-Your-Might T3 Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 59799 is a confirmed fit on your 2018 Toyota Tundra that has their Deck Rail cargo management system. However, this ladder rack does not include mounts for a crossover style toolbox nor are such items available as accessories; I confirmed with my contact at Rola.
With the TracRac systems, such as SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-610 or # TH43002XT-610EX which fit the 6-1/2-foot bed model, you can add a crossover tool box mounting kit # TH25200.
