I would like to purchase a 63180 tow bar. I have a 2002 jeep liberty. Is there a bracket that would replace the tow hooks and brkt. that I could use the bumper mounts on the 63180 tow bar?

The only way we can recommend you tow a vehicle like your 2002 Jeep Liberty with the Tow Ready Tow Bar part # 63180 is to use the adapter part # RM-025 with a Roadmaster base plate kit # 521426-1.
You should keep in mind that the Tow Ready Tow Bar has a lower speed rating of 45 mph than most so you might be better off with a different tow bar like the Roadmaster Stowmaster part # RM-504 which wouldn't require the adapter either.
