The clearance and side marker light you referenced, part # AL82AB, uses a plastic mounting base that is sold separately.
The base is available in a black (part # A91BOB) or chrome (part # A91OB) finish. If the appropriate sized hole is available, the lamp can be flush mounted using a grommet mount, part # A91GB.
