Question:
I have a 2009 Tribeca without factory rails. I wa looking at the options for crossbars from rhino rack and would like to know about installation as my car has two brackets on the molding strip on each side of the roof. I can send some pics for reference. Thanks

It sounds like you have some fixed mounting points on your 2009 Subaru Tribeca that can be used to mount a roof rack system.
For your vehicle, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Roof Rack System. This system consists of # RRVA137B-2 for the two 54 inch Vortex Aero Crossbars, # RRRLKVA for the 2500 Legs that will mount to the fixed points on your roof, and # DK410 for the Custom DK Fit Kit. This will provide you with a sleek, extremely quiet system that has a weight capacity of 165 pounds.
I have attached the installation instructions, along with a video demonstration that you can take a look at.
