Looks like your 2002 Ford F-150 has a shorter than usual truck bed. Can you get me the length of it? We only have fifth wheel options for your truck for 6-1/2 foot and 8 foot but yours appears to be shorter than that.

If you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you'd want a slider hitch like the Curt A16 Hitch part # C16521 with a set of custom install fifth wheel rails like the part # C16437-204 which are confirmed for your truck. The custom install kits install in much less time than the universal ones and minimize drilling so they are the way to go.
