I have an 03 ford explorer, 4x4, 4 door. Im looking for the eyelet hooks that go in the front.

If you are referring to the draw bars (also called arms) for a set of flat towing base plates that are installed on your 2003 Ford Explorer we do offer these. If you are referring to factory tow hooks these we do not offer and you will need to obtain them from Ford.
The replacement draw bars/arms for base plates will be specific to the brand and model of base plate. All such base plates we offer for the vehicle are shown on the linked page.
If you mean a front-mounted hitch we do have these for the 4-door model, Curt # 31540 and Draw-Tite # 65032.
