A tonneau cover that was installed on a 2014 Ford F-150 will not also fit a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500, even if the bed sizes are the same. The design is different enough between the two truck models that a different tonneau cover and hardware is required for each truck, regardless of the tonneau manufacturer.
