Yes, the bolt size for the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch, Item # 24839, for a 2013 Kia Soul and the bolt size for the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch, Item # 24915, for a 2015 Kia Soul are the same. These bolts are M10 x 1.25 x 30mm. They have a .393 inch diameter and are 1.1811 inches long.
