I highly recommend going with an Adco All-Climate + Wind cover. These have a Tyvek top cover which is the same material used to protect buildings that are under construction.
From the specs I could find on your 5th wheel trailer it looked like it was 40' long. For this you want the part # 290-34857 which fits fifth-wheels 37'1" - 40' long.
To ensure proper fit you simply need to measure your 5th wheel trailer from the front to the back (including bumpers, spare tire, and ladder - but excluding the hitch). As long as that measures in between the length range this cover is a great option for you.
