Since your RV already has a 7-Way connector, the Wesbar Coiled Adapter-7-Way to 4-Way or 5-Way Flat, Item # 787196, will work if your 2002 Jeep TJ is already wired for flat towing. If your Jeep is not yet wired for flat towing then I recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit, Item # RM-154, which will have everything you need to connect your Jeep's tail lights and wiring systems to your RV system while preventing feedback from your RV.

You may already have these things but you also need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, and supplemental braking system to flat tow your 2002 Jeep TJ. If you need these items, let me know and I will make a recommendation.
