The Prodigy P3, part # 90195, as well as many other electric brake controllers, do not have an on/off switch. Instead the controller goes into a sleep mode after about 15 minutes of non-use. It isn't completely off but uses such a small amount of power that it would take months to drain the tow vehicle's battery.

Immediately after installation, looked great and even set the option. Within a month it quit. Tested power thru the harness and it's fine, but the unit never lights up. Is it bad or is there a fuse or similar.
