It sounds like you are looking for rear axle suspension enhancement for your 2001 Chevy Blazer. If this is the case, I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRJB. These 3,000 pound capacity jounce springs will actually replace the axle bump stops on your Blazer's frame to provide additional support. They will allow for ample movement on the leaf spring while cushioning lighter loads but will become more rigid as more weight is added, increasing stability and reducing rear sag on the vehicle.
All of the necessary hardware is included for a no-drill installation. I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can also take a look at.
