We do carry the license plate relocation bracket to go with the Aries Bull Bar # AA35-5005. The part you're looking for is # AA35-0000. The bracket is black powder coat instead of stainless steel. I reached out to Aries and there isn't a stainless steel option.

The Aries Stainless Steel Bull Bar # AA35-5005 is confirmed to fit the 2017 Ram 1500. The license plate relocation kit that you will need is # AA35-0000. I think both of these are going to look great on your truck!
