i have 2017 2500 hd silverado, 6 1/2 ft bed, want to know if this will work for me, rail kit rp56001-53 and the hitch is rp30047 16k, before i order and it not work

Yes and yes! Installation kit # RP56001-53 fits your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with 6-1/2 foot bed and your hitch will fit the kit. The only thing you might need are a set of longer pins, # RP58467, to secure the hitch in the rails.
