Question:
I have a 2018 Ram 2500, 66 Bed with Factory 5th wheel / gooseneck towing prep. I want the 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder and Turret - 16,000 lbs Item # RP61422. I have a Lippert 1621 pin box, so what are the best options that are not a Slider Hitch? I really want to get away from using a slider hitch as I have heard they sometimes get stuck.

It's not recommended to use a slider hitch with the 5th Airborne Sidewinder, part # RP61422, and they can get a little annoying to operate, which is why the 5th Airborne is such a great pin box upgrade.
I recommend using the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # C16046. This hitch drops directly into the underbed rails in the factory towing prep package. With a Gross Towing Weight of 25,000 pounds and a 6,250 pound vertical load limit, you'll be able to handle a lot of different trailers and setups on your vehicle.
You'll also need the custom wedge for your trailer hitch, available as part # C16992. This will prevent the hitch from rotating, and allow for the sidewinder to work as intended.
I've included a video review of the hitch and the 5th Airborne Sidewinder so you can see a little bit more about their features and performance.

I am interested in purchasing the airborne rp61422 for my 2018 ram 3500 w/ 6ft bed. I am using the TrailerSaver BD3 hitch. Could use suggest the proper wedge kit for the combination.
