The RWB Lil Rocker 5th wheel hitch uses industry standard rails (ISR) therefore you can install this hitch in your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 using the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit part # RP50064-58 for inboard rails or part # RP56007-53 for outboard rails. The outboard rails will be much easier to install than the inboard rails but will be less cost efficient. Generally speaking, the standard bed is referred to as 6-1/2' long. If you do in fact have a 6-1/2' bed then you will also need to use a Sidewinder pin box with the RWB Lil Rocker in order to provide tuning clearance. In order to recommend the correct Sidewinder pin box I would need to know the make and model of your current pin box. Once you can provide me with the make and model I would be glad to see if we have a Sidewinder option available for you.
