I purchased a 13902 hitch for my 2013 ram 1500 thru auto parts wharehouse ther sites claims it will fit my truck I tried to install . it wont fit I would have to drill the frame and remove the bumper braket is this supposed to fit my truck?

The # C13902 is a multi-fit hitch that fits several newer trucks. The thing is though that they all require a bit of modification since the hitch is a universal design.
For a custom fit Curt hitch for your truck you'd want the # 14374 instead. This requires no drilling.
