Am interested in airbags with compressor for use on 2010 Ford F150 Lariat 4x4 to help with weight and squat when hitched to travel trailer. Recommendations?

For your 2010 Ford F-150 the Firestone Ride Rite kit part # F2542 would be the best kit to use. We have found these kits are the easiest to install and have the highest quality air bags.
Then for a compressor kit we have the part # F2158 which comes with an analog gauge which allows you to monitor the pressure from inside the cab and inflate/deflate as needed to eliminate the suspension squat.
