Im looking for a box setup for a ford flex 2009 with a vista roof. It doesnt have rails. Id like the box to fit skiis. Thanks.

For your 2009 Ford Flex, I recommend an Inno square bar kit with a Thule Pulse Alpine roof box, part # TH613.
The Inno square kit will provide a solid base for your roof box, and consists of the following parts:
Inno Square Crossbars, 58 inches, part # INB147
Inno Feet for Square Bars, part # INSUT
Inno Custom Fit Kit, part # INK263.
This rack includes locks for added security and can be removed when unlocked to preserve the styling of the first generation Ford Flex.
The Thule Pulse Alpine box is built specifically for ski applications, and provides 11 cubic feet of storage above the vehicle. With an external length of 88 inches, it can carry up to 6 pairs of skis or 3 snowboards up to 210 centimeters in length inside the box. The extra space can be used for lighter, extra gear like coats and tools that you may need. The box includes a lock and load straps that will help secure your gear inside the box.
