How stable is this travel toilet?

The Camco Travel Toilet has a stable base just over 15 by 17 inches and won't tip with a height of 12-1/2 inches. The really nice feature is the close valve to not only add that security but also add another barrier for smell. This toilet is also designed to come apart for an easy and more sanitary emptying.
