Can this stand be used with the Rack Jack Magnum to make more versatile. I do understand that the lifting weight of the magnun would be reduced to 300lbs since it is not hooked up to a 2 inch hitch.

The Ground Stand # 310-VRJ002 referenced in your question is designed specifically to attach in place of the receiver adapter on your Viking Solutions Rack Jack Magnum Hoist # 310-VMH001. This will work perfectly on your Rack Jack and allow you to use it as a field dressing stand. As you mentioned, the weight capacity on the unit will be 300 pounds.
