You state all inclusive kit and then state: Hardware for attaching bracket to flanges sold separately I will be using axles: T3584F-8974 Will I need other bolts/hardware to add this Disk brake kit to my trailer? Also, do I have to use adapter T4846000 with my Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller? Thanks,

The hardware needed for securing the brake flanges of the Titan Disk Brake Kit # T4843800 are not included as typically the axle has them already. If not we have the part # 7-75 which would be the correct bolt size.
For a lockwasher you'd want part # 5-8 and if you do need a nut for the backside of the bolt part # 6-17.
With the P3 you would not need to use the adapter part # T4846000. It is designed to work with the EOH brakes without the need for an adapter.
