The Thomas Payne RV Dual Reclining Sofas with Center Console has holes in the bottom of the frame to accommodate you bolting them to the RV, though it does not have seat belts and is not designed to be used with seat belts. It may be possible but would require you to make your own modifications.

The Dual Reclining Sofas are extremely nice units that, even if you cannot use them with seat belts I still highly recommend. They have a center console and comes in three colors, Majestic Chocolate # 195-018-019-020, Jaleco Chocolate # 195-021-022-023 and Grantland Doeskin # 195-024-025-026.

I've added a link to a video review of the sofas for you to take a look at.

The loveseat does feature a pull cord handle between the arm rest and seat for reclining the unit - similar to what you described - but it's not something we've really ever seen issues with on these particular models.
