Most likely the temporary towing lights you have on your car use a standard 4-way connection like what the part # RM-2120 has.
So you'll need to install a 4-way on your semi truck. For that you'll want to use a kit like the part # 119250KIT which you'll be able to wire to your semi truck and have a functional 4-way.
