Recommended Replacement Carbon Monoxide Detector
Published 01/05/2018 >
Question:
Want to replace my carbon monoxide detector in my 1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow motor home. It has a date of 1/22/98 serial number: 0080787. It has 2 reds and 1 black wire. What do I need to replace it with? And how do I wire up the new one? Thanks, PS: Love the Falcon 2 hitch , its working out nicely.

The carbon monoxide detector I recommend for a replacement is the Atwood # AT36681. It will simply require a wall cutout size or 3-9/16" long x 3-7/16" wide and must be wired into the motor home's 12VDC system. I have attached a link to the installation manual so you can see exactly how to hook the system up, as well as a link to a video review for you to check out.
