Motorhome-Compatible Bike Carrier for Electric Bikes

Question:
The reason I asked that is it would be going behind a van camper class B, I need something that is light enough but strong enough to hold the electric bicycle because I want to beable to take rack off when I do not have to carry bicycle I am a female 70 years old and only 5ft tall.
