For highway driving you are going to want a radial tire and in order to use one you will need a wheel that is larger than the 8-inch diameter wheel your 5.70-8 tires are are on now. For this you will need to know your bolt pattern, and I've included help article for you that details how to measure that.
I have also added a help article for you on how to measure a trailer tire so you know the size that will work for you. For example, the Karrier # AAM32001HWTB is a 13-inch wheel with a 175/80-13 tire and measures a total of 24.1 inches in diameter and is 7 inches wide.
