I currently have the Westin tubular running boards on a 2011 Silverado 1500 crew cab. Monday Im getting a 2015 1500 crew cab. Will the running boards still fit from the 2011?

It sounds to me like you are referring to a set of nerf bars not running boards. I do have a set of nerf bars confirmed to fit your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab but a set of nerf bars from a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab will not work as the mounting points are different.
Instead, I recommend taking a look at the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars part # 23-3820 for a stainless steel finish or part # 23-3825 for a gloss black finish. The Westin E-Series nerf bars are 3" in diameter and provide an easy, no-drill installation. There are two step pads per bar on each side of the vehicle.
