For your 2014 Toyota Tundra, I have one ladder rack and tonneau cover combination that will work well for you. Since most ladder racks attach to the inside of the bed rails on pickup trucks which is generally the same space used for a tonneau cover, your options as to what tonneau cover and ladder rack you can use are limited. However, we do have a confirmed fit for your Tacoma which I have listed for you below.

I recommend using the TruXedo Lo Pro QT Soft Tonneau Cover part # TX563701 with the Invis-A-Rack Folding Ladder Rack part # DZ951550. The TruXedo Lo Pro is also a soft roll up tonneau cover with velcro strips to secure the cover to the side rails. The Invis-A-Rack is a fixed ladder rack also made of aluminum with a 500 lb carrying capacity.

The above ladder rack will exceed the height of the cab on your Tundra. I have attached a review video of this rack for you as well.
