If you have a 2003-2006 Toyota Tundra the 7-way wiring harness part # HM43385 that you referenced would essentially be the exact same thing as going with the Toyota brand connector. Most likely the Toyota connector does not have the 4-way option that comes with this as well. This will most likely be less expensive too.

I didn't say I had a 2003 - 2006 Tundra. I have a 2011. What is the part number for MY truck.

Since no year or truck info was listed I assumed you had a truck that fit the fit application of the harness. For a 2011 Toyota Tundra the harness you'd need is the part # HM11143395 which is a confirmed fit.
