I didn't say I had a 2003 - 2006 Tundra. I have a 2011. What is the part number for MY truck.

If you have a 2003-2006 Toyota Tundra the 7-way wiring harness part # HM43385 that you referenced would essentially be the exact same thing as going with the Toyota brand connector. Most likely the Toyota connector does not have the 4-way option that comes with this as well. This will most likely be less expensive too.
