We do have 4-pole trailer wiring harness kits for the 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid so long as it is NOT the plug-in version.
For this vehicle I suggest the Curt harness # C56390 which offers plug-in installation at the rear of the vehicle, at the back of the two tail light assemblies. The rest of the installation consists of securing the ground wire's ring terminal to a nearby clean bare metal surface and running one other supplied wire to the battery where it connects using the included fuse holder.
I linked a help article that provides tips for routing that one wire that runs to the battery.
I recommend using dielectric grease # 11755 on the taillight connectors prior to installation. This grease blocks entry of moisture that can over time lead to corrosion that can cause connectivity issues.
