The Curt hitch # C11363 requires the use of stabilization strap # 18050 when using the hitch with anything other than a trailer such as a bike rack or cargo carrier per the Curt warranty requirements.
With this hitch, the bike rack used will need to be Class I compatible and you are limited to 2 bikes maximum. I highly recommend the Curt # C18085, and the Curt hitch # C11363. I have linked a video of the bike rack and a video showing an example installation of the hitch.
