Want to know if these pins are unique to just the Reese hitch, or can also be used on other brands like the Curt 5th wheel hitch on the installation rails.

As long as the diameter of the pins that hold the fifth wheel to the rails is 1/2 inch the part # RP58093 will fit according to Reese.
Curt actually has a lock for their 1/2 inch diameter fifth wheel pins as part # C23256 that would be a great option.
