Question:
I have a Sportrack 4-bike tray rack. I just ordered this hitch and cable lock combo. I already have other Thule products. It looks as if Thule and Sportrack keys are identical? Id like to try and consolidate. I called customer service, and they said there is no way to request a particular lock number N166 on my combo. Can the lock cores on these be switched out? Easier to switch Thule box lock? What is easiest and most inexpensive way to consolidate keys?

Hello Todd.
I have a solution for you, but unfortunately the lock and key set that come in the SportRack Trailer Combo, part # A32022 are randomized at the factory and can't be ordered to match.
However, you can easily order the additional replacement cores with part # THLOCKN166 and get a change key with part # TH42BJ if you don't already have one to swap the locks on the kit to match your other Thule products. Additional Keys are available as part # THKEYN166.
