I just put together my new Swagman 64400. Shouldnt the hitch pin have a hole in it to the clip? Mine doesnt have one.

Swagman has made some changes to some bike rack models, including the Swagman Original, # S64400. Now, instead of a threaded hitch pin with a clip, you should have the threaded hitch pin that can accept a lock. What you can use is Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin, # S64027, which is a lock for 2 inch racks and a spare hitch pin.
