Question:
I want to replace my bushings on my 2003 Keystone Montana 3575RL with Never Fail bushings. What bushing kit is appropriate for my rig? Also, do you sell wheel bearings, leaf springs, and shocks for my 5th wheel? Im thinking of replacing everything. Its all looking pretty rusty and better safe than sorry in the middle of nowhere. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Replacing the bushings on your 2003 Keystone Montana 3575RL Trailer with Never Fail Bushings is a great idea. They feature an extra-durable, modified polyamide construction that will simply never wear out. In order to choose the correct size, you will want to measure the inner diameter, outer diameter and length of your existing bushings.
For example, the Lippert Never Fail Bushings # LC279685 have a 9/16 inch inner diameter, a 11/16 inch outer diameter, and a length of 1-3/4 inches. You will want the replacement bushings to match in size to your existing units. I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of Never Fail Bushings that you can look through.
Then to locate the correct replacement bearings, you will need to pull the hubs on the trailer and check for the bearing numbers. These should be stamped onto the bearings themselves. If you cannot decipher the numbers, you can also take a few measurements along the spindle where the bearings sit. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157, as the measurements will need to be exact. I have included an image that shows you where the measurements will be taken.
Lastly, to replace the leaf springs, you will want to take note of the number of leaves you currently have, the weight rating of the axle, and the length of the spring (from the center of one eye to the center of the other). I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of leaf springs.
Unfortunately, trailer manufacturers do not typically keep a record of the smaller components that are installed at the factory. Checking the existing parts on the trailer is the best and most accurate method for finding compatible replacements.
I have included a few additional articles on trailer bearings and suspension that you might also find helpful.
