Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2016 Volkswagen Jetta

Question:

Hi. I’m hoping you can help me. I have a hidden hitch trailer hitch part # 60811. It is for a 09 VW jetta. I have a 2016 jetta that I’d like to install it on. The hitch has been discontinued but the new part #hitch fits both old and new style jettas. I’m wondering if it would fit. Any thoughts?? I also need the hardware and hidden hitch suggested I contact you. Is it available?

In 2015 the Jetta changed enough that a new hitch had to be made for it, part # 24926. I wish I could tell you that your old hitch would fit your new Jetta, but for your 2016 you'd want the part # 24926 instead.
