is it possible to buy the lift brackets and dual cam seperate so i can use the hitch on multiple trailers without moving the parts around?

Yes, you can just add Lift Brackets # RP6637, Chain Kit # 3216 and Dual Cam kit # RP26002 to allow installation of your Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System # RP66083 on a second trailer so long as its loaded tongue weight falls in the 400- to 800-lb operating range. You can use a second set of Reese trunnion bars matched to the second trailer if its tongue weight differs too much.
