Is Blazer Amber Warning Light # C4850AW Visible During Daylight

Question:
Is this light bright enough to be easily visible in bright sunlight. I am investigating this light for use on our 25 vehicle fleet.

Take a look at the demo video I attached below. In it you'll see the Blazer Light # C4850AW installed on the top of a truck during the day light. You can see clouds in the sky in the background but the sun was peaking out during the filming of the video so it's reflective of how it would look in the day light.
