Question:
I need to make sure the ball height is around 16 inches off the ground and clears the bumper. The hitch sits under the bumper and is low at 13 inches off the ground and somewhat recessed. What size ball mount would work and it needs to have about a 5-6 inches rise and include the 2" ball. I also need a wiring harness as the plug on my trailer is a 7 blade Conntek.

I recommend going with an adjustable ball mount, the MaxxTow # MT70068, which will give you up to 6-1/4" of rise on your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. With this you'd need pin and clip # PC3 as well as 2" hitch ball # 40038. For a wiring harness to add a 4-flat you would want the # C56331. If you only wanted to hook up your 4-way to your trailer's 7-way you would then need adapter # 30717.
If you planned on using your trailer's electric brakes you would not need that adapter, instead you would want to use Universal Installation Kit for Brake Controller # ETBC7. The brake controller I strongly recommend is the Prodigy P3 # 90195; it is also the most popular model we carry due to its effectiveness and ease of use. The P3 activates your trailer's brakes immediately in proportion to your Xterra's brakes; it offers three different boost levels so you can adjust your braking power and has five storable settings for things such as braking power, boost levels, and display settings. The P3 will automatically level, has constant diagnostic checks, contains safeguards which defend your controller against shorts, and features an LCD display which is much easier to read than that of other controllers.
