Is a flashing 00 alternating with .c. Ok?

With the Primus IQ part # TK90160 the 0.0 means the controller isn't doing any braking and ".c." means you have the boost feature engaged. This means you have the braking power set to 0 and have the boost turned on.
You might check out the install instructions I attached and go through the setup process of the controller.
