Need a Roof Rack for my 2017 Honda Pilot and i want to carry an Ocean Kayak as well as a stand up paddle board. What kind of systems will work for that? And my Pilot does not currently have the roof rails.

We can help you get your 2017 Honda Pilot ready for transporting your ocean kayak and SUP. We have many roof rack and kayak carrier options so we'll definitely have items suited to your boat and board as well as to your Pilot.
Let's start with a roof rack. Since you do not currently have the Honda factory roof side rails I can offer you options that do not require this expense. One of the linked pages displays roof racks that fit on the Pilot that has a bare roof (no side rails). Among these options are the Rhino-Rack aerodynamic Vortex rack made of parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK444. Aero style racks like the Vortex and the Thule AeroBlade make less noise than round and square bars.
Now for carriers. For the SUP we have many options shown on the linked page. These include low-cost pads like # RRRWP03 and # TH804 as well as carriers such as the Adjustable XL Watersport Carrier from Lockrack, part # LR54FR.
