If you have a factory 4-flat connection on your 1999 Ford F-150 4x4 then the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM40145 will be a confirmed fit. This custom-fit T-connector plugs into your Ford F-150 wiring harness, which is located behind the rear bumper, near the driver's-side frame rail.
